   At Dow Industries, we have created a culture where our people are appreciated for the jobs they perform and are treated fairly.  All employees are held to the same performance standard.  That performance standard encompasses both production and behavior. The expected behaviors are the same for all personnel in all situations.  Individual production measures are established between each individual and their supervisor, and managed in individual Performance Management meetings.
